‘The Sitcom Experience’ Basil & Co – The Dinner Show

Established since 1997, this smash hit show has long been established as the leading interactive comedy act, incorporating highly physical and comedy packed performances with slapstick inspired humour and has attracted critical praise for its audience interaction.
The fun starts at drinks reception as Basil greets the guests and in true Fawlty style a rip roaring night of comedy ensues, all whilst the audience enjoy a delicious 3-course meal. Anything can happen, service is guaranteed to go wrong and expect lashings of laughter and laugh out loud comedic mishaps from a hapless hotel owner and Spanish waiter.
The Hotel Gleneagles, Torquay inspired the ‘Fawlty Towers’ BBC sitcom and this leading show was the only act to be invited to perform at the Hotel Gleneagles for over a decade – ‘This is the best show I have ever seen, truly fantastic and I was honoured to host such a great evening – Hotel Gleneagles – Torquay!’
Recently been filmed ‘Live’ at the Hotel Gleneagles by Tiger Aspect Productions for Channel 4 Television and sold out at the Leicester Comedy Festival so be quick and enjoy fine dining at the funniest restaurant of its kind.
